IKOfix fixings are manufactured from high quality carbon steel and are typically used in conjunction with IKOfix pressure plates or thermally broken tube washers. The fasteners can also be used without pressure plates for securing other ancillary items such as peelstop bars, toothed flatbars or sections of membrane coated metal.

Fixings for Concrete Substrates
IKOfix Concrete Fasteners are used for securing membranes and insulation boards into concrete substrates. They are used in conjunction with IKOfix pressure plates or thermally broken tube washers.

Fixings for Steel and Timber Substrates
IKOfix Universal Fasteners are carbon steel fasteners used for securing membranes and insulation boards in into steel substrates up to 2 x 1.25mm thick or timber substrates such as plywood and OSB. They are typically used in conjunction with IKOfix pressure plates or thermally broken tube washers.

IKOfix thermally broken tube washers are made out of high grade polypropylene, and are available in a variety of lengths required to meet Part L/J requirements whilst eliminating cold bridge effects. They are used in conjunction with IKOfix fasteners.

IKOfix Insulation Fixing Tubes
They have an integral 75mm diameter head and are used for securing thermal insulation in a layout as indicated by the project specific IKO Polymeric wind uplift calculation.

IKOfix Insulation Pressure Plates are 75mm diameter pressure plates made of high quality, coated steel. They are used to secure a wide range of thermal insulation in accordance with the project specific IKO Polymeric wind uplift calculation.
